How we handle confidential information, personal data and privacy on Estrade.

1. Purpose & Scope

These rules explain how Estrade collects, uses, protects and shares confidential information and personal data of Users and Artists.

2. Types of Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email, password (hashed), profile info.
  • Content you provide: artwork, descriptions, images, messages.
  • Usage and analytics: interactions, preferences, recommendations signals.
  • Device and location data: device type, IP address, approximate location (if enabled).

3. Confidential Information

We treat the following as confidential when provided explicitly as such:

  • Private messages between users (unless reported or subject to abuse investigations).
  • Financial or billing details provided to purchase services.
  • Any data you explicitly mark as confidential in a business/artist account.

4. How We Use Data

  • To operate and improve the service (recommendations, discovery, personalization).
  • To communicate with you about your account and notifications.
  • To enforce our policies, detect fraud, and maintain security.

5. Sharing & Third Parties

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We may share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors) subject to strict contracts.
  • We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or to protect rights and safety.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request account deletion — see "Contact" below.

7. Security

  • We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect data.
  • Passwords are stored hashed; backups are encrypted as appropriate.
  • However, no system is 100% secure — promptly contact us if you suspect a breach.

8. Your Rights

  • Access, correct or export your personal data.
  • Request deletion of your account and personal information.
  • Opt out of certain automated profiling where applicable under law.

9. Lawful Basis & Confidentiality Obligations

We process personal data on lawful bases such as consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation, and legitimate interests. Where confidential or sensitive information is provided to us under a contract or NDA, we will treat it in accordance with that agreement.

10. Reporting, Abuse & Requests from Authorities

  • If we receive a lawful request from an authority, we will seek to provide the minimum data required and notify you unless prohibited.
  • To report abusive content or suspected breaches, use the in-app report flow or email connaisseurapp@gmail.com.

# ESTRADE - TERMS OF SERVICE **Last Updated: September 17, 2025** ## 1. INTRODUCTION Welcome to Estrade ("we," "our," or "us"). Estrade is a platform connecting art enthusiasts with artists and their work through personalized recommendations. By accessing or using the Estrade application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. ## 2. DEFINITIONS - **"Service"**: The Estrade application, including all features and functionalities. - **"User"**: Any individual who accesses or uses the Service. - **"Artist"**: A User who creates and uploads artwork to the Service. - **"Content"**: All visual, textual, or other material uploaded to the Service. ## 3. USER ACCOUNTS ### 3.1 Registration You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep this information updated. ### 3.2 Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. ### 3.3 Age Requirement You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental consent. ## 4. ARTIST ACCOUNTS ### 4.1 Artist Registration To register as an Artist, you must provide additional information including your artistic focus and location. ### 4.2 Content Ownership By uploading Content, you affirm that you own or have properly licensed all rights to that Content. ### 4.3 Content License You retain all ownership rights to your Content. However, you grant Estrade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your Content in connection with the Service. ## 5. USER CONDUCT ### 5.1 Prohibited Activities You agree not to: - Upload Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights - Post offensive, harmful, or illegal Content - Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity - Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization - Attempt to access restricted areas of the Service - Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service ### 5.2 Content Moderation We reserve the right to remove Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate. ## 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ### 6.1 Our Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Estrade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. ### 6.2 User Content Users retain ownership of their Content but grant us certain rights as specified in these Terms. ## 7. TERMINATION ### 13.1 Termination by Us We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms. ### 13.2 Termination by You You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu. ### 13.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive. ## 14. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. ## 15.
